A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992, Bill was elected as a member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1989 and graduated from St. Louis University High School in 1985.
For six years, Bill served as the youngest elected member of the Board of Governors for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and he continues to be active in state and national bar associations.
