The law was once considered an honored profession. I believe that it still is, and was blessed to study at one of the nation’s finest law schools, the Washington University School of Law. After working for several of the Midwest's most respected and talented attorneys I founded The S.E. Farris Law Firm. Our focus is on the needs of injury victims and their families.

Spencer has been the lead or supporting trial attorney in cases involving defective baby seats, dangerous drugs, defectively designed automobiles and airplanes, medical mistakes, nursing home neglect, discrimination, motor vehicle crashes involving motorcycles, semi-trucks and passenger vehicles, falls and work related injuries. Currently helping clients with injuries due to exposure to dangerous drugs such as Vioxx, and asbestos related injuries.

When you hire our firm, you meet the attorney who will be with you throughout the legal process. You won't be "passed" around the firm as your case progresses. Simply the best.

I could not have been more pleased with an attorney. Spencer and his team made every aspect of my case a breeze. Anytime I called or emailed, they were there with an answer right away, not to mention some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of giving my business to. This was my first time needing a lawyer, but I couldn't imagine anyone doing better work, and if you're in the market for a lawyer, it's a no brainer, Farris Law Firm all the way!

Head injuries from golf court accident

Spencer was an amazing lawyer!!! My daughter suffered fractures to her skull from falling off a golf court. Let me tell you choosing Spencer to represent us was the BEST decision made. I was able to call him and his team Anthony and Stephanie for anything. They were always ready to answer my calls. When it seemed as if my case was not going to prevail Spencer asked me to give him time to figure it out and he did just that. My daughter case was won!!!

Personable, but Professional

I couldn't have asked for better representation than Spencer Farris and his team. They made the long, arduous process as easy and painless as possible. At one point I didn't think I'd live to see another birthday. Believers in celebrating people, they sent me birthday cards every year for the last four years. It was a small gesture, but very meaningful to me. It gave me hope.. Something I didn't know lawyers were capable of. Thank you Spencer, Stephanie and everyone else of Farris Law. Impressed and pleased client! :-)

Over 3 years ago / back in 2017, I was in a bad car accident, where I was hit from behind - through no fault of my own. The damage to my car was substantial and my physical well-being was affected in a major, negative way, that altered my lifestyle. When it comes to matters like this, I'm a firm-believer in doing my homework with extensive research / investigation, to make sure that I choose the right representation for success. Great Legal team!!!

Workers Comp Case

My Lawyer was able to settle my workers comp case even though it took longer than I expected. I’m satisfied with the outcome, though I would be lying if I didn’t say that I expected a larger amount (but who wouldn’t) I still would recommend Farris Law Firm, but the lawyer who represented me, not so much.
