Last year after my bank announced that they wanted to foreclose on me my hunt began for someone well versed in mortgage law. I contacted a local property law attorney and after a few hundred dollars they told me that there is nothing I can do, it does not matter who owns the note and that I should declare bankruptcy to gain a couple months...
