Biography
After law school, Mike worked for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. Where he successfully prosecuted over 400 felony cases including 20 jury trials, 6 being murder cases. This led to his extensive First Chair trial experience. As a prosecutor, Mike established a reputation for being hardworking & willing to take a case to trial. Mike then used his courtroom knowledge working for a large law firm defending insurance companies, as well as starting his criminal defense practice. With this unique experience, he is familiar with the claims handling process & is able obtain favorable settlements for his clients. In 2015, Mike, along with his two business partners opened the law firm, Miller, Walker & Brush. Being a partner in his own firm, has allowed Mike to expand the different types of law he practices to include civil litigation, family law, juvenile justice & DUI/DWI cases, to name a few. Outside of work, Mike volunteers extensively. He was a mentor through Big Brothers, Big Sisters (BBBSGMV) for years. He was hand-picked to serve as the first President of the Associate Board of BBBSGMV. Mike is also a board member of Snuggled Up, Inc., and the MAK Memorial Fund. He is active in the Dayton Bar Association and has participated in the DBA Leadership Development Program. Mike also helps to raise funds and awareness in the ongoing fight against his service to the community, Mike has won several awards, both local and statewide.

GREAT Attorney
