I went thru a custody battle with my 3 children and the advice and suggestions I was given eventually led to me having full custody of my 3 children whom now live with me and go to school from my home. I pay no spousal support nor child support. I really felt like this system only favored mothers and... not fathers so much, but Jeff was thorough and very efficient in this case, and at the end of the day this father has his 3 kids and they are safe. Thanks for all your help. This was money well spent, absolutely no reservations or regrets choosing Jeff Hale

Just what I needed!!!

Thank you so much for all your support and help. I had a very messy divorce and custody issue that made be extremely scared for my babies. I met with Mr. Hale and he took my case and immediately went to work walking me through what needed to happen to protect me and my kids. Thank you for all you... did for me and my family.

Took money but did not do "a thing"

We hired him for more support for small case, it was very small case but more than we can handle, so we decided hire an attorney. After the consultation, we follow every instruction he gave to us. After a couple of month, before court day, all of us knew that the case was not winning case. He told ...us that his suggestion to dismiss the case and not show to the court. He also said he will take care of documentation by sending notice to the court from him. But we found out he did not send a thing to the court. After we questioned to him about paperwork, he told us the court systems are slow for mailing out documents. . After a few weeks later, the court send us a letter, it was simply "Petitioner Failed to Appear". He never send these documents to the court, his name was anywhere on the paper. He did not send a thing to the court for us. He did not close the case properly as an attorney for who hired him and let the case died down. The payment we paid at the time of consultation was flat rate agreement. He showed up to the first hearing court once for ask court to have more time. We had meeting with him one more time to ask him if he turn the paperwork in to the court because we never receive anything from his office. He said he did. We already know he did not turn any paperwork to the court. It was his job to close the case properly. We feel that he owe us refund or apology that he did not completed his job.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. The best way to address an issue or concern is to contact the office directly. I do not recall the facts of your case as you have stated them. Your facts are extremely vague and do not even address a court your matter was to be scheduled in.
