I have established a law practice that I am very proud of.  For over ten years I have represented individuals and small businesses.  I have trial experience representing persons charged with the most serious offenses such as murder and rape.  And I have represented homeowners in subdivisions pursuing damages for inverse condemnation, landlords in evictions; small business in recovering on delinquent accounts, estate and probate, Husbands and Wifes in divorce and child custody proceedings.  I draft contracts, Wills and Trusts, leases and operating agreements.  In sum, my pratice areas are as diverse as my clients.  I understand no two clients are the same and no two cases are the same.  I listen to my clients and my clients feel represented.  I offer a free consultation and I listen to determine what services I may be able to offer and a strategy to best try and achieve the client's goal.

The best choice I could have ever made!
My attorney worked diligently with so much compassion and determination to have my granddaughter removed from an unsafe environment and returned home to me while decisions are being made regarding her living situation in the Juvenile Court system. Aaron Maus worked so hard day in and day out to ensure this child safety. I will be forever grateful for Aaron. I feel he was personally part of this case as his communication was extraordinary and his heart is involved for the best interest of an innocent child!

Aaron is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. He was very responsive when I contacted him with anything in reference to my case and showed a lot of support. If you want an young ambitious lawyer that has a passion for his work, then Aaron Maus is a likely choice. He's very personable and shows genuine concern for you and your interests.. It's always nice to have that feeling, when stepping into the Courtroom... A Good Lawyer and most importantly, a good Man... Very much recommended...

Not only super great at what he does but he is also very down to earth!
I appreciate how he goes extra miles to help us out. He really does look at the best interest for the child and he has had my back since the beginning. He is not judgemental of my past and I really feel he is in my corner! He always returns my phone calls. I wouldn't use anyone else but Aaron. We trust his word and know he will do anything and everything in his power to fight for what we believe is in the best interest of my daughter!
