I have established a law practice that I am very proud of. For over ten years I have represented individuals and small businesses. I have trial experience representing persons charged with the most serious offenses such as murder and rape. And I have represented homeowners in subdivisions pursuing damages for inverse condemnation, landlords in evictions; small business in recovering on delinquent accounts, estate and probate, Husbands and Wifes in divorce and child custody proceedings. I draft contracts, Wills and Trusts, leases and operating agreements. In sum, my pratice areas are as diverse as my clients. I understand no two clients are the same and no two cases are the same. I listen to my clients and my clients feel represented. I offer a free consultation and I listen to determine what services I may be able to offer and a strategy to best try and achieve the client's goal.
