I handle each case individually because it is personal for each client.  With over 25 years of actual practice experience concentrating primarily criminal/DUI defense and family/domestic law primarily in Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties in Kentucky as well as Cincinnati, Ohio.    

In my posts here and on my blog, I often refer to my family since that is the most important piece of life. I feel that it is important to my practice and my ability to provide service that I maintain a separate family and social life away from the office. This realization helps me remember why I am a lawyer and how important family is to my clients.

Aside from law, I am energized by physical fitness, working out daily, as well as golfing, participating in half marathons and Spartan/mud races. I also enjoy travel with my wife being a Travel Agent, following my son on the college track circuit, and reading books.

No better lawyer than Mike out there!
Mike has done an AMAZING job for me - quite frankly he read my mind on many of the things I thought I’d have to explain in “great” detail to others. I couldn’t be more pleased. I needed a lawyer who would REALLY fight for me and my daughter and be worth the money (Mike is my 2nd lawyer) , and he’s tackled it head on. He’s been available at every call, responsive to my emails, and DEFINITELY knows the law and isn’t afraid to address it. Such a relief. Will w/out a doubt use him again and refer him to everyone I know!!

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
I retained Michael to assist me with a 'not so pleasant' custody case. Helped me out alot.
Mr. Bouldin filled in for my attorney in my child support/custody due to a conflicting court schedule. He didnt know me or my case but filed himself in very well and was up to speed quickly. He did a grat job on such short notice, asked me relative questions I didnt think of, and just straight up got it taking care of. This was the first time in my case that things went my way. We walked into court, he settled everything, and we walked out. I felted relieved almost immediatly. Thank you, piece of mind has no price tag..

Straight shooter--
Very professional! Have used Mr. Bouldin for divorce issues and business issues, and he has handled each with accurate research as to Kentucky state and other state rulings as well.. Represented me in Indiana, and educated the Judge on a ruling that turned out in my favor!!

Very helpful with DUI case
Michael helped me every step of the way in my DUI case. He informed me of all my options and was very knowledgeable about trying DUI cases. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I would recommend him for anyone that needs help with a DUI case. I was very happy with the outcome of my trial.

Simply the Best
I have worked with a number of attorney's over the last 25 years and Mr. Bouldin is the best I have worked with in all aspects. Recently a family member needed help in thier business. Mr. Bouldin was the one and only call I wanted to make. He helped renegotiate terms, organize cash flow and them reorganize with bankruptcy. He did all this while maintaining confidently and reasonable rates.

Professional & attentive

Was good until his son died
Don't waste your time. Period. Will agree to anything to move onto the next case does no research. Will find someone else to replace him when he can't be in court just to be continued several times but will charge you!
