Robert Anthony Herking

I have known Mr. Herking for a number of years and have been fortunate to work with him in a multitude of roles. As an Investigator in Law Enforcement I had the opportunity to watch Mr. Herking prosecute cases with a fairness and respect for the law not often seen. In this same capacity I have worked... with him as he began defending cases in which I was involved. In each instance there was a sense of professionalism and thoroughness that can only be admired. However, the most important instance of my dealings with Mr. Herking has been as a small business owner where I was in need of legal representation. As the need arose I did not hesitate in retaining Mr. Herking's service. The preparation he put into this case, as well as his abilities in the courtroom left me convinced I made the right decision in hiring him. I am a firm believer that recommendations are a direct refection of the person giving them, but the integrity, skill and thoroughness seen time and time from Mr. Herking leave me with no trepidation referring his services to anyone in need.

Beginning my divorce was extremely nerve wrecking for me. After meeting with Robert I immediately felt relieved by his caring nature. I have had many good lawyers, but none stand close to Robert Herking. I have hired Joel G. Deutch, and George P. Montgomery, but neither of them do as good of a job as Herking. I do believe he is the best. Also i went through a divorce and was not happy with either of my divorce attorney's. ...I wish I would have hired Herking earlier.

Mr. Herking is truly the best attorney in Cincinnati! He was very timely(same day response) in answering e-mails and phone calls, and very flexible about the time and location of scheduling meetings He was empathetic and patient, but also very straight forward about the seriousness of the charge...s against me. I was facing several felony charges in a trial setting, and through his expertise and thorough research of the laws and codes, Mr. Herking was able to walk me out of the courtroom with an acquittal!! In fact, the judge came down and shook his hand and complimented him on his legal prowess. His fees are also very reasonable for an attorney of his caliber. Whether you are a first time offender or multiple, I would definitely highly recommend Mr. Herking!!
