Attorney Korduba graduated cum laude and Golden Key Honor Society from the University of Toledo in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Pre-Law. He attended and graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998 and has practiced in courts throughout Ohio ever since. Attorney Korduba is also licensed in the Federal Court (NDOH) for Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. He is married with four children, lives and works in Medina, Ohio. The office is a beautifully renovated century home located at 669 West Liberty Street, across the street from the famous "A.I. Root Candle Factory" just West of downtown public square in Medina, Ohio. But that is VERY hard to to in most cases. Replied last February 23, 2021Reoccurring theme: Korduba doesn't "blow smoke up your a......." We are direct, efficient, honest and accurate. Every client; every case. We also handle "legal emergencies" every single day for the past 20+ years; and do not allow the "system" to take advantage of clients in court. Not gonna happen on my watch. We also work with clients who cannot afford large initial deposits for complicated cases with weekly and biweekly "Payment Plans" when necessary. Litigation often requires weeks and months in court; and reasonable payment plans for fees and expenses are available to clients under appropriate circumstances.
