No Call Back
I called her office and was told that she was on the phone. I left my phone number and requested a call back stating that I was a prospective client. I waited more than 24 hours and never received a call back. The matter was urgent. I decided to call a different lawyer. In my opinion, if you can't co...

Replied last February 11, 2013I sincerely apologize to whoever this is. I cannot recall any potential new clients that I have not responded to. I make a point to return all of my messages within 24 hours unless I am in a hearing or other matter that lasts a full day. I assure you that no message is left without a response, potential client or otherwise. I understand that since your matter was urgent you went to another attorney, sometimes that is necessary if you demand an immediate response. I wish you the best of luck with your matter in the future.
