Scott is unprofessional and unresponsive after the initial session in which he will tell you whatever you want to hear.
Having had just an initial consultation with this consultee, I can only say that this post is a bit misleading. As with every consultation, I provided to the consultee my professional opinion on a course of action, that opinion being the same as that expressed by many other lawyers with whom the consultee met before me, but that opinion seemed to not be what the consultee wanted to hear. Not taking on the consultee's legal matter after the consultation, I unfortunately was not in a position to reply to numerous follow up emails seeking that I change my opinion on the consultee's legal matter.

I had a lawyer in the past that failed on so many levels, and knew I needed to do my research and consult before hiring. If I had even one doubt, I moved on. I went into my initial meeting with Scott thinking he could be a "winner," when I left, I knew he was the one. He made me feel comfortable and ...

After my divorce I ran into financial issues and was left no choice but to file bankruptcy. He was honest and got me through the entire process pain free. I only wish I would've found him earlier and used him for my divorce. However, for any financial advise I would recommend him! I recommend him ...

Going through a divorce is something I'd never wish upon any person, but if you find yourself in that situation, Scott Deliman is definitely the counsel you will want. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, he told me during my consultation, trust me and I'll make sure you are taken...
"I have known Scott from nearly the day I started practicing law in Medina, Ohio. From day one I have known Scott to be an extremely hard working, down to earth, and highly intelligent attorney. I highly recommend Scott."
"I have known Scott for over 15 years as a fellow attorney in the community. He is honest, fair and hard-working for his clients. He knows when to fight/argue and when to compromise for the benefit of his client. He is very well liked and respected in the legal community and the courts. We have always had a good working relationship. If you need help with a legal issue, Scott is a good person to call for help. You can trust his evaluation and advice."
"I endorse Attorney Scott Deliman. Scott does an excellent job for his clients. I have had a number of cases with him. While I enjoyed working with him on those cases, he fought hard for his clients' interests. He was also thorough and had a keen eye for important details."
