Attorney Korduba graduated cum laude and Golden Key Honor Society from the University of Toledo in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Pre-Law. He attended and graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998 and has practiced in courts throughout Ohio ever since. Attorney Korduba is also licensed in the Federal Court (NDOH) for Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. He is married with four children, lives and works in Medina, Ohio. If you want to pay $1,500 for a weenie case… this is the guy. A pubic defender could have easily resolved my case hands down. This is my second time hiring this guy. Huge mistake. Cannot be trusted. Replied last September 26, 2023No idea who this person is or what their case was about; but funny how they hired my office TWICE to help them. If I was so bad the first time why did he/she hire me again for a second case? Apparently, I did a good job the first time would be my guess. Nevertheless, we cannot make everyone happy all of the time. No idea why this person was unhappy with the services provided or the outcome of their case; but just the fees that were charged for same. We do the best we can to inform, educate and support each and every client on each and every case no matter how big or small. Hopefully this person asks for a "Public Defender" on their next criminal case, or, stops committing crimes. That might be the better solution instead of posting negative reviews about the lawyer that tried to help you in criminal court. Good luck and best wishes! Attorney Korduba

Replied last February 23, 2021Just because the police charge you with a crime; does not mean that you are "automatically guilty" and have no chance in court fighting the citation. Listening to ALL the facts and evidence; then applying the law to them; results in justice for the wrongfully accused in court. And reasonable payments for attorney's fees help too. Replied last February 23, 2021Reducing OVI charges is one of the most difficult things to do in todays courtrooms; requires a knowledge of the facts and law; but also how to argue and apply them to your particular case with tact, compassion and grace. Trying to "bully" a prosecutor to dismiss or reduce is not normally going to work. You have to show them how the evidence will not support the charges; and why the person did not actually commit the offense. The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that the mere odor of alcohol and/or admission to consumption of alcohol combined with a "de minimis" traffic violation does NOT constitute "probable cause" to arrest and charge a person for Drunk Driving under Ohio Law. You need a lawyer willing to listen, analyze and present the facts of your case in a manner best suited to obtain a reasonable reduction or dismissal WITHOUT a trial to the court or jury.
