Limited
May be fine for DUI and speeding tickets, but I sense that is the limit. We hired him on a more complex matter and as the case went on it became plain that he did not know what he was doing. When asked how the Judge might consider this aspect, or the prosecution that aspect, he'd just yell "How am I ...

RUDE & NOT HELPFUL
I called for a phone consultation. Mark was extremely rude, condescending and talked to me extremely slowly like I was special needs. I was extremely polite and courteous but Mark was not.
