Biography
Mr. Hada graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Heidelberg University and went on to receive his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He began his career as a public defender in Lake County, Ohio, representing juveniles and adult defendants accused of all type of criminal offenses, including high-level felony trials, until transitioning into his private practice in 2012.
A member of many national and local professional associations that provide the best resources for DUI Defense, Mr. Hada has attended NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement training as well as having completed training in the physiology, theory, and operation of infrared breath alcohol testing instruments.
Mr. Hada frequently presents at legal education seminars across Ohio on topics including DUI defense, criminal defense, and the use of technology in the legal field. He continues to research and pursue innovative defense strategies for his clients.

Excellent!
I was charged with OVI in Cleveland Heights. The cops also added driving in marked lines, swerving, and seatbelt. I refused to blow. I was given an Automatic License Suspension (ALS) as a result.
