I pre-plan for my clients to ensure that they have someone to help them with financial and health care decisions. I also assist individuals and families in qualifying for Medicaid, whether in crisis or well ahead of time.

I assist couples and single individuals alike in ensuring their assets pass on death as they wish. Whether it is by the preparation of a Will or a complicated tax planning Trust, it is my goal that each client's intentions are carried out to their specifications. I prepare QTIPs, AB Trusts, Living Trusts, Spendthrift Trusts, SAFE Trusts, CRATs, CRUTs, IDGT, ILITs and IRA Trusts.

I prepare probate documents, Federal and Ohio Estate Tax Returns, Estate and Trust Income Tax Returns and handle Trust Administration.
