When I spoke to Mr Gardner on the phone, I was initially put off by how the conversation was going. However, he answered all my questions and gave me run down of the proceedings. He sounded very knowledgeable and confident, so I hired him. Stated "Sit back and relax; your in safe hands". I have to... say I am very impressed with how quickly he resolved the issue (even before the actual court date) and downgraded the ticket to a lesser charge with no points.
