May be fine for DUI and speeding tickets, but I sense that is the limit. We hired him on a more complex matter and as the case went on it became plain that he did not know what he was doing. When asked how the Judge might consider this aspect, or the prosecution that aspect, he'd just yell "How am I ...supposed to know" A client might answer "because your the attorney" and expect some reasoned analysis. But none of this from Mark. Just a lot of yelling. If you want you lawyer to spend him time yelling at you, Mark's your guy.

Mark went above and beyond for me and I am sure he does this for all his clients. I hired Mark due to a driving under suspension charge, but my case was not a normal case. In 2016 I received my one and only OWI charge in Wisconsin while being an Illinois resident. My first bit of advice is never driv...e under the influence, obviously, but if you do make sure you never do it while you are an Illinois resident. EVER. Seriously. Over the last 3 years I have hired very high profile lawyers that easily cost more than $10,000 (11,075 to be exact) and have paid over $3,000 in classes and fees for both states. I was cleared to drive through Wisconsin, but in Illinois the Secretary of State (more specifically their hearing officers - and in my opinion are not bound to legal precident, common sense, or literacy) would not lift hold. In 2018 we moved back to the great state of Ohio. Unfortuanly, but fortunately, I wasn't able to get a ride to work and made the decision to drive. The reason I say fortunately, is because I would not be sitting here today as a licensed driver without the hard work of Mark Gardner. Mark was hired to help with the DWS charge, but in order to get me the best outcome, he took it upon himself to research do additional research. He found an obscure legal precident that allowed me to become a licensed drive in 49 states. Basically, due to the ridiculousness in Illinois, Ohio was able to grant me full driving privledges after I took the written test. In addition to this, Mark was able to get my charges reduced to a mere non-moving violation. All of his services were LITERALLY a fraction of the cost of the so called "high profile" lawyers in the aforementioned states. I do t want to pass over a few details that people might not realize. Mark takes all of his own calls, he doesn't have a secretary, para-legal, etc. Trying to get ahold of my OWI attorney in Wisconsin was an infuriating nightmare. I was beyond pleased when I called Mark and he actually was the person on the phone. He answers calls or texts back immediately. 7 days a week and damn near all hours of the day - even while on freaking vacation. He truly cares about his clients, and not just with the case he was hired for, but I believe he truly wants to better our lives. Lastly, Mark, this note is for you. You do not charge enough. Maybe you request a humble compensation because you want to be able to help people that weren't as fortunate as I am. I also don't recommend charging $7XXX.00 like my lackluster Wisconsin lawyer did, but I want you to know that if you did I would have no regrets properly compensating you for your service and legal/life advice. Thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family. You honestly have changed my life for the better.

Mark is the attorney to call if you want favorable results for a moving violation. He was helpful from the moment I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon. I did not have to appear in court and Mark was able to settle the matter on the original court date. He was able to convince the prosecutor to am...end the speeding charge down to an "Unsafe Vehicle" violation. That is a 0-point, non-moving, equipment offense. Also, the Ohio BMV does not report non-moving traffic convictions back to the person's home licensing state. So PennDOT & my Pennsylvania auto insurance company will never hear about what occurred in the Ohio court. Mark was extremely knowledgeable on how to handle the situation, provided excellent communication, was very professional and charged a reasonable fee. I could not have asked for better results.

After consulting with Mark about helping one of my employees clear his driving record we decided to retain him. We are in a different state so there was no opportunity to meet face to face only phone/email so it made me nervous about what to expect. After our first phone conversation I was unsure... how I felt about his personality as I tend expect congeniality when working in the professional world whereas first impressions he was very blunt bordering on being just rude. To my surprise that blunt "go getter" personality was exactly what we needed! He made the process very easy and was a bulldog on the case getting suspensions dropped, fines reduced, and timelines sped up.
