I came across Attorney Gardner's website when searching for a lawyer that could handle my difficult case. I was in need of an attorney who was knowledgeable in restoring my license in Ohio while currently holding an out of state license. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what steps to take in orde...r to make this happen. I'm not sure why there is even one negative review on this site. Mark is trustworthy and yes he will tell you like it is, but his words come from a caring place to make sure you will not be contacting him again in the future. I had a pretty hefting moving violation (30+ over, and in an inactive construction zone) and wasn't really sure what to do. I contacted Mark via email right before going to bed to get an opinion and he called me first thing in the morning the next day. He explained exactly what he could do and how ...he would do it if I hired him. I agreed and appointed him as my attorney. After this Mark took the case and handled everything, including the court appearance. Any questions I had along the way were answered promptly and at no point was I ever left wondering about what came next. When all was said and done, he was able to negotiate my citation down to a non-moving violation with ZERO points and a significantly smaller fine than I would have faced otherwise. For a very reasonable fee, Mark turned something that could have haunted me for the next two years and gave me a "second chance." Not violating traffic laws in the first place is the best way to avoid this situation, but mistakes happen and when they do, you want someone like Mark Gardner on your side.
