Mark Gardner

Mark went above and beyond for me and I am sure he does this for all his clients. I hired Mark due to a driving under suspension charge, but my case was not a normal case. In 2016 I received my one and only OWI charge in Wisconsin while being an Illinois resident. My first bit of advice is never driv...e under the influence, obviously, but if you do make sure you never do it while you are an Illinois resident. EVER. Seriously. Over the last 3 years I have hired very high profile lawyers that easily cost more than $10,000 (11,075 to be exact) and have paid over $3,000 in classes and fees for both states. I was cleared to drive through Wisconsin, but in Illinois the Secretary of State (more specifically their hearing officers - and in my opinion are not bound to legal precident, common sense, or literacy) would not lift hold. In 2018 we moved back to the great state of Ohio. Unfortuanly, but fortunately, I wasn't able to get a ride to work and made the decision to drive. The reason I say fortunately, is because I would not be sitting here today as a licensed driver without the hard work of Mark Gardner. Mark was hired to help with the DWS charge, but in order to get me the best outcome, he took it upon himself to research do additional research. He found an obscure legal precident that allowed me to become a licensed drive in 49 states. Basically, due to the ridiculousness in Illinois, Ohio was able to grant me full driving privledges after I took the written test. In addition to this, Mark was able to get my charges reduced to a mere non-moving violation. All of his services were LITERALLY a fraction of the cost of the so called "high profile" lawyers in the aforementioned states. I do t want to pass over a few details that people might not realize. Mark takes all of his own calls, he doesn't have a secretary, para-legal, etc. Trying to get ahold of my OWI attorney in Wisconsin was an infuriating nightmare. I was beyond pleased when I called Mark and he actually was the person on the phone. He answers calls or texts back immediately. 7 days a week and damn near all hours of the day - even while on freaking vacation. He truly cares about his clients, and not just with the case he was hired for, but I believe he truly wants to better our lives. Lastly, Mark, this note is for you. You do not charge enough. Maybe you request a humble compensation because you want to be able to help people that weren't as fortunate as I am. I also don't recommend charging $7XXX.00 like my lackluster Wisconsin lawyer did, but I want you to know that if you did I would have no regrets properly compensating you for your service and legal/life advice. Thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family. You honestly have changed my life for the better.

Without going into specific details of the case, let me tell the person who's reading this, Mark Gardner is gold. He responded immediately. He always answered all our questions and was on top of his game regarding our issue. Once we got him involved, we were absolutely relaxed and got on with our dai...ly lives. He solved our entire issue, told us to relax and not worry. At the end of the interaction he gifted us salt and pepper shakes and we were absolutely delighted. Our family was in Cleveland for a hockey tournament, we are Canadian. I was charged with Criminal Trespass for something I didn't do...I know everyone claims innocence but I actually never trespassed. I am required to travel to the US for work and a charge like this could jeopardize my career. Wit...h a Criminal Trespass you are required to attend a court date. To sum this up, Mark attended court to represent me and ultimately got the charge dropped before trial and I paid zero court fees. The Police officer made multiple mistakes and Mark exposed them. When I spoke to Mr Gardner on the phone, I was initially put off by how the conversation was going. However, he answered all my questions and gave me run down of the proceedings. He sounded very knowledgeable and confident, so I hired him. Stated "Sit back and relax; your in safe hands". I have to... say I am very impressed with how quickly he resolved the issue (even before the actual court date) and downgraded the ticket to a lesser charge with no points.
