Mark Gardner

Mark went above and beyond for me and I am sure he does this for all his clients. I hired Mark due to a driving under suspension charge, but my case was not a normal case. In 2016 I received my one and only OWI charge in Wisconsin while being an Illinois resident. My first bit of advice is never driv...e under the influence, obviously, but if you do make sure you never do it while you are an Illinois resident. EVER. Seriously. Over the last 3 years I have hired very high profile lawyers that easily cost more than $10,000 (11,075 to be exact) and have paid over $3,000 in classes and fees for both states. I was cleared to drive through Wisconsin, but in Illinois the Secretary of State (more specifically their hearing officers - and in my opinion are not bound to legal precident, common sense, or literacy) would not lift hold. In 2018 we moved back to the great state of Ohio. Unfortuanly, but fortunately, I wasn't able to get a ride to work and made the decision to drive. The reason I say fortunately, is because I would not be sitting here today as a licensed driver without the hard work of Mark Gardner. Mark was hired to help with the DWS charge, but in order to get me the best outcome, he took it upon himself to research do additional research. He found an obscure legal precident that allowed me to become a licensed drive in 49 states. Basically, due to the ridiculousness in Illinois, Ohio was able to grant me full driving privledges after I took the written test. In addition to this, Mark was able to get my charges reduced to a mere non-moving violation. All of his services were LITERALLY a fraction of the cost of the so called "high profile" lawyers in the aforementioned states. I do t want to pass over a few details that people might not realize. Mark takes all of his own calls, he doesn't have a secretary, para-legal, etc. Trying to get ahold of my OWI attorney in Wisconsin was an infuriating nightmare. I was beyond pleased when I called Mark and he actually was the person on the phone. He answers calls or texts back immediately. 7 days a week and damn near all hours of the day - even while on freaking vacation. He truly cares about his clients, and not just with the case he was hired for, but I believe he truly wants to better our lives. Lastly, Mark, this note is for you. You do not charge enough. Maybe you request a humble compensation because you want to be able to help people that weren't as fortunate as I am. I also don't recommend charging $7XXX.00 like my lackluster Wisconsin lawyer did, but I want you to know that if you did I would have no regrets properly compensating you for your service and legal/life advice. Thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family. You honestly have changed my life for the better.

Found mark on a google search. When i tell you look no further dont. For my first ovi charge where i blew a .19 w horrible evidence mr Gardner was able to get it reduced to physical control. Not only that mr Gardner was sincere genuine and full of wisdom. He got you a head start on things before cour...t. If you are smart enough to hire him listen to him. He was blunt enough when i told him ill never be in this position again that most people mean that but face it again. He was right. I contacted mark again and he immediately responded. What tells you most about mr gardner is instead of taking my case he referred me to another attorney. That shows this man's character. Instead of taking my money he cared enough about the result to decline but still give an excellent attorneys name to refer me to. If it wasnt for mr Gardner getting my first mess down to a physical control id of for sure spent time in jail. If you are in a situation find a way to hire this reasonable and under priced expert at his craft

Mark Gardner came recommended to me by a friend when I was charged with an OVI. Very shortly after my incident I was able to drive and didn't have to pay additional fines all because of Mr. Gardner's knowledge and assertiveness. During the process Mr. Gardner kept me informed and gave me meaningful a...dvice. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his clients and wants the best for their futures. In the end my charge was reduced with one fine and I am so happy with the outcome considering a few years prior I allowed the same situation to happen to me. Mark Gardner assisted my son in a DUI offense and in the end worked to ensure that this offense did not impact his ability to make a living long term, but also that he learned a lesson and was much less inclined to repeat. Mark genuinely cared about the outcome here and my son's future, but he also ...cared about the legal process and advised all of us as to what to expect and what it meant. He took the time to make sure we all understood what was at stake and what it meant.
