Professional Attorneys you can trust

At Waytts Herring you will find a organization you can trust. After trying to handle an issue with a second mortgage myself, I could tell it was over my head. After contacting WattsHerring I spoke to(Randi), and she quickly lined me up with Mr. Watts. He knew what was needed to resolve this thi...s infraction. You will not find a better organization. They are very professional, organized, lot of flexibility, personality, friendly and the attorneys know how to handle each situation. THEY KNOW THE LAW. And easy to work with.

I contacted the firm to inquire about a deed in lieu. I spoke with Randi, the legal assistant. She was very helpful and provided me with information that I was having trouble finding on the internet.

Absolutely the Best people to help with Problems

I was in foreclosure and totally at a loss on how to save my house. I found Watts firm on the internet and called not really expecting a whole lot. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was taking me threw every step of what to do to save my house. I was told exactly what to write i...n my letter to the mortgage company to receive a loan modification and was never ask to pay a dime. I did everything just as they instructed me and I got the exact result that they told me to expect from the mortgage company.Other information was provided at every turn of the process until my house was saved. I would whole heartedly highly recommend this firm for any needs that arise

Let John Watts take the weight off your shoulders.

My husband and I had not heard anything from our credit card company in almost a year. We had hoped to settle with them after he lost his job, but nothing was offered. The contact we did eventually receive was a notice that we had been sued. All manner of anxiety and worry settled on us. After a Goog...le search and a couple of YouTube videos we located the information about John Watts. The first call was a general conversation in which we received excellent information on how to proceed. The fantastic part was there was no pressure for us to hire the firm to receive advice. After reviewing our options and information provided we decided that hiring the firm was absolutely in our best interests. The contract was simple to understand and left no doubts as to the amount we would be charged for the services offered. We chose to handle most communications via e-mail and it made for a seamless process. The amounts needed to settle were explained fully and we were advised on how we could settle with lump sums or monthly payments. All communications were in simple, easy to understand language. We reached a settlement without a court appearance and follow-up from John Watts was on a friendly, professional level. If you are sued by a credit card company you can choose to handle the settlement yourself or hire an attorney. Our recommendation to anyone that is facing this situation is to not handle the situation alone. The feeling of relief when we received the “Case Dismissed” notice was well worth the fees for representation and we were still able to settle for less than full amount.

Thank you for this detailed feedback. I know I don't like pressure so I don't ever want any potential client to feel pressure from us to hire us. Now, sometimes court deadlines create pressure but we never want to add to that. I'm glad you found the folks in my firm helpful -- that is great to know. Thank you again for leaving us feedback and your recommendation. John

Straight Shooter and Stress Reliever

I had excellent credit and began receiving collection notices and multiple calls from a cable provider about nonpayment to my account. I paid my cable through my monthly HOA fees and explained this multiple times to different reps over the course of several months. When I went to buy a home, they had... reported me to collection damaging my credit rating. I called Randi and she knew exactly what had caused this and wanted to help me straighten it out. But I had already threatened the cable provider with a lawsuit for wrongfully reporting me and they removed it overnight. If it ever happens again, I will pick up the phone first and call Randi instead of spinning my wheels exhausting my energy for months and getting nowhere. She is awesome!

Kathryn, The cable companies can be incredibly frustrating -- kind of impossible to be late if you pay through your hoa! Glad Randi was able to help you. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback -- we appreciate it! John Watts

"I have known John Watts for several years, and through that time, I have come to know John as an attorney of integrity who will fight for his client's rights. In light of the current economic crisis, John has studied issues related to wrongful foreclosures and other foreclosure issues, and as a result, he has been able to help his clients prevent abusive practices from financial institutions. In addition, John has helped clients recover compensation as a result of abusive debt collectors. If you need an attorney to protect your consumer rights, I highly recommend John."

"Though I don't know John personally, when I first stepped into private practice, I had hundreds of questions. I shot him an email, and this man took a good chunk of time out of one of his otherwise busy days to sit and chat with me, in detail about best practices in this field. I can count on one hand the folks who looked out for me when I started practicing, and of those, the majority were folks that I knew prior to practicing law. John helped me when he didn't even know me. He's a great benefit to our profession."

"I have known John for quite some time now and have worked with him with mutual clients and on other joint projects. I've always found him to possess the perfect blend of legal talent, experience and creativity. His clients love him and trust his judgment. In fact, they're not just clients — they are raving fans. But that's to be expected when you have a lawyer like John on your side. John speaks to his clients in plain English. No legal jargon here. I've also been impressed with the respect he displays toward his clients, by keeping them regularly informed of the progress of their case, by returning their phone calls promptly, and by always dealing with them as true equals. The confidence he inspires in everyone who works with him makes John just the sort of lawyer you hope yours will be. They just don't come any better than John."

On the other, I know I'll be treated courteously and with the utmost respect."
