Disability Claim
Ben and Audrey were definitely so pleasant to work with, thanks to their professional advice I was able to continue back on disability after losing my benefits, struggling with different injuries sometimes you can’t rely on doctors but having an attorney at your side from the beginning was definitely helpful. I didn’t realize that my Physical therapy clinic is in the same building as Ben’s office and they have a table with their newspaper in the lobby, along with free masks & teddy bears. One day I wasn’t feeling well since I’m in pain physically and suffer from migraines and seeing that made my day! Not only for the ones who need a mask or but when I took that teddy bear, it made my day and felt better! :) I couldn’t be more thankful to have had such good experience! Thanks again!!

Disability Insurance Consultation and More!
I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to work with Mr. Ben Glass and his staff. They truly care about the needs and well-being of their clients. A few years ago I had the pleasure of consulting with Ben about my disability insurance. He gave me great advice, explained the legal documents and how the disability policy worked, answered all my questions (even follow-up questions after our initial consultation meeting), and calmed my nerves. Ben is very experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and approachable-he made me feel at ease and listened to all my concerns. He cut through some of the details that were overwhelming and confusing to me and related them to me in a practical, reasonable way. Recently, I needed some legal advice (unrelated to my disability insurance) regarding a mortgage refund. Ben Glass VIP Member Wins Auto Crash Suit With Help From Ben
I became a VIP member of Mr. Glass from researching a car accident the other driver was at fault. Virginia has a stupid contributory negligence law, which I was caught up in. I ended up going to court 5 times and each time Mr. Glass was there for me to offer advice without charge. He kept me calm and focus. In the end, I won my case and beat an experienced attorney and Virginia's stupid contributory negligence law. I can't give enough praise to Mr. Glass. DMV's Dream Team!!
Last year I was facing a nightmare situation when my STD/LTD claims were denied by my insurance carrier, following a series of major health issues that put me out of work. I spoke with at least a dozen highly rated firms, specializing in ERISA law, while seeking legal representation. After a solid month of exhausting calls, meetings, and emails about my case, I still did not have legal counsel. While on medical leave from my company, some of my benefits were discontinued. Without my knowledge, my prior attorney had not provided the required paperwork. Appeal for Long Term Disability
I'm very apprecitive for the Bejamin Glass Law Firm for taking my case. They gave me tremendous support handling my appeal when I needed it most during my period of recovery from revisional hip surgery. It was apparent that the Disability Carrier, Prudential Insurance was taking every possible means to deny my long term benefits. It was a long difficult painful process to deal with the disability company. After reviewing my case, the law firm encouraged me by sending their books and reading material on what I might expect if I tried to appeal my denial. Currently going through the SSDI, STD AND LTD claims nightmare from ***! Got an attorney and not knowing anything about this process, my brain overlooked the part that if denied, he could deny further assistance. Meaning no assistance with the appeals part, the part when you need their utmost assistance and expertise. My gut was telling me to look for backup prior to being denied. I did and came across BENGLASSLAW. It didn't take long for me to know that something was right as I came across his booklet "Robbery without a Gun" and many other very informative pieces of literature that he sends to you 100% free in a very neat, organized timely manner. I called and spoke with one of the advocates who could not have been anymore curious, caring, understanding and honestly, has spent more time with me on two phone calls and email responses than my prior attorney that I hired back in August. They are willing to coach me through, promised to not leave me hanging in Hope's to get me approved and all they are anticipating is a call from me stating I got approved. If not, we can regroup and discuss the next step which was provided to me. I highly recommend to anyone researching a law firm to please give them a call and you will feel for yourself you've made the right decision.

Top notch for Short and Long Term Disability claims!
From the moment I contacted and retained Ben Glass Law they provided nothing but exceptional service and support. They provided pertinent reading material on some of the challenges and potential pitfalls of applying for disability, and spent a great amount of time in getting all of my background and information. It was really comforting and reassuring having them provide the needed responses to the insurance companies. Even after successfully completing my Short Term appeal and Long Term application they remained in touch and accessible for any follow-up that I needed.
