Carmen Dellutri is the Founder, and Managing Partner of The Dellutri Law Group, P.A. He is Board Certified in Consumer bankruptcy law. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Family Law Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator.

He is a graduate of Edison Community College and the University of South Florida. In 1993, he graduated from Loyola University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Dellutri clerked for the Honorable Charles Ward, Louisiana Fourth District Court of Appeal. Mr. Dellutri was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1993 and the New York Bar in 1994. He also received his Master of Laws (LL. M.) degree from Tulane University School of Law in 1994. Mr. Dellutri became a member of The Florida Bar in 1995. After entering private practice, Mr. Dellutri received his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 1999.

Mr. Dellutri is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Courts; Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Dellutri is also licensed to practice law in United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and the United States Tax Court. Although Mr. Dellutri is not actively engaged in the practice of law in New Jersey or New York, he is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in New Jersey, and all state courts of New York.

Mr. Dellutri began his legal career in a small plaintiff's personal injury firm. He represented individuals for claims involving products liability, wrongful death cases, premises liability, automobile and tractor trailer negligence. As the firm expanded, Mr. Dellutri was given the added responsibility of handling consumer bankruptcy cases. In early 1998, Mr. Dellutri started the Law Offices of Carmen Dellutri, P.A.

The Law Offices of Carmen Dellutri, P.A. evolved into The Dellutri Law Group, P.A. as the firm grew from a little office in downtown Fort Myers to our four (4) offices today. Mr. Dellutri actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on behalf of the victims. Additionally, the firm represents consumers in all forms of bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Dellutri is one of the founding members of the Bankruptcy Law Network and its affiliated websites.

Mr. Dellutri is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the American Bar Association (ABA).

Mr. Dellutri encourages each member of the firm to be active in the community. Last year, the firm supported many charitable and civic causes by donating time and much needed capital to our community. Mr. Dellutri and the other attorneys in the firm routinely speak to students and civic groups of all ages about various issues.

I wanted to say Thank you so much to Attorney Carmen Dellutri, David Lampley, Lauren Horton and Ronnie Fedorczyk. They were all amazing through my bankruptcy. I’m a hard to please with high expectations professional

It’s not always easy to meet my expectations. I believe the way we learn to be better and do better is through constructive feedback and almost always have some. That was not the case in my experience with Dellutri Law Group. My initial interaction with David Lamply was so incredible I contacted the office staff afterwards (who also was very friendly and kind) to share how impressed I was. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but the outstanding qualities were his humility and compassion. Interactions with other attorneys while vetting was an arrogance and put off attitude. David was very pleasant and just the opposite. Nicholas Paul was very personable, attentive and efficient. Lastly, Carmen Dellutri, called after our business simply to ask if we were satisfied and if there was anything they could have done better. He displayed a true humility and eagerness to learn of ways they could improve along with a genuine concern that my experience exceptional. Yes, yes, Carmen! It was an exceptional experience.

Not only has Mr. Dellutri been helpful during this crucial time, but he's been an angel on earth. He doesn't represent us but he has guided my fiancé and I in every step. We have created a relationship even though he doesn't represent us. Their office is amazing!

Wish I could give MORE stars!

You just never know what life is going to throw at you. We’ve had some hardships and Carmen, Ronnie, and team have been right there to help. Financial difficulties are tough and embarrassing but you never felt like a bother and never made to feel ashamed. Ronnie was always quick to answer our endless questions and was soo kind. If you are having financial hardships, CALL them. You’ll rest easier knowing that you have a plan.

This Man is a Godsend

I can breathe

They did everything and more to make sure my problems were solved. I was a nervous wreck, I couldn’t sleep because my bills got bigger and bigger. I didn’t even want to answer my phone. I was nervous when I went to them, but right away they made me feel at ease. I can sleep and I can breathe again thanks to the Delutry group. Thank you so much for all your help.

Weight has been lifted

I have used Dellutri law firm twice now, that’s how much I trust and respect the people who work there. David Lampley was thorough, helpful and always ready to answer my questions. Nicholas Paul guided me step by step with the process, always there when I needed a question answered and quick to reply. happy client

i chose Dellutri Law Group after first going to another law firm, the first firm treated me as though they were doing me a favor and showed little respect, I left that office and would never return. I then went to Dellutri and meet with David Lampley , who treated me as he really wanted to help and did show me respect . Second Chance

Professional and Courteous! A firm to trust

I came in for a consult today looking for legal advice and I came out with much more. Carmen took his time to explain the process to me and although my case wasn’t part of his specialty he did refer me to someone who could take care of me. Thankful

When you are in financial distress, physical and emotional pain, it can be difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. For me, it was a horrible place to be. Going through health issues, resent medical surgery. Attorney Carmen Deluttri treated us with dignity and respect. Through the process we Had different personnel assisting us, calls were answered, VM were returned. Deluttri Law Firm made the bankruptcy process very smooth and painless. Bankruptcy can seem very scary and a lot of things associated with bankruptcy can be confusing, Attorney David Lampley with Dellutri Law, made the process simple and straight forward. Also, paralegal Teresa Campoli was very helpful and friendly. explained things in terms We could understand. Also Ronnie, was very helpful in getting our file together. We have been through this process many years ago in another state. At that time the attorney’s involved took advantage of us as well as many of their other clients. I can honestly say Dellutri Law and it’s staff on the other hand have been the complete opposite, they were extremely helpful. They were reassuring, knowable and effective. A Firm You Can Trust

Back in 2020 I found out that I had lost a car accident case that would leave me with a massive amount of medical debt and credit card debt. Additionally I was in the middle of preparing to relocate for work and sell our house. I was facing depression and stress with no light at the end of the tunnel. I contact The Dellutri Law Group among many other local firms. I quickly received a call back from Casey Byrus and we set up an appointment. We met with David Lampley to discuss my situation and options. We were pleased with David's plan but I still reached out to other firms to get their opinions. I met with the Bankruptcy Bodyguard and Zinn Law where I was told that I could not file Chapter 7 and that I could be committing fraud, that Chapter 13 would be my only option as well as the other attorney not wanting to touch my case since I was moving out of state. I did not just want to go with Dellutri because its what I wanted to hear, I wanted to make the best and most logical choice. My wife and I had another meeting with David to re-discuss what the other lawyers told us and he reassured us that we could file Chapter 7 and be fine (Side Note: My theory on the other lawyers pushing people into Chapter 13 is that they receive a set payment by the court for 3-5-7 years while you are on a payment plan to repay debts so its in their best interest to push Chapter 13. Its set profit for them). We decided to go with Dellutri and it was the best decision we made. Casey was always there to help and showed us support the entire way. I was able to file alone without including my wife and we were able to sell our home, keep the profits and settle with repurchasing some of our assets back in the end. I highly recommend them to anyone that might be in a similar situation and are feeling trapped.
