My business practice has developed from representing a local business in a contract dispute. Since them I've handled business divorces, contract disputes, derivative claims, non compete agreements, as well as asset sales and promissory notes with guaranty agreements.

  5. Motorcycle accident

Generally included in personal injury. I have handled many motorcycle cases. These case present interesting issues as we face the dynamic of juror bias against motorcycles and motorcycle riders. These issues are critical to the successful conclusion of a motorcycle case and must be handling effectively.

Strong Advocate
I did not think I had a case. Several lawyers turned my case down, but not Jason. He found a way to help me and get what I know I deserved. I will never go to another lawyer for anything.

This guy is best period!!!!!!!!!!!
Jason stayed on the case for nine years, never gave up and finally won the case for me. I consider him a friend not just a lawyer. You need a bulldog he is your guy, and you'll actually feel sorry for the other side when he gets to questioning them.

Jason Yearout Attorney
Jason is currently my Attorney on a 2 Civil cases. One as defendant and the other as Plaintiff. Jason has very good knowledge of the Law and does an excellent job of explaining how specific case Law applies to my situation. He always keeps me informed of the status and we have regularly scheduled phone conferences to strategize and ask my input. He returns all emails and phone calls very promptly. I am very happy to have him on my side.

Exceptional service
Jason has bent over backwards to help us in the collection of a note that is in default. Jason has been extremely prompt and thorough in his communication with us regarding our case. He has provided excellent advice throughout this process which has helped to keep my stress level under control.

You will get great advice
Jason was very thorough and knowledgable, helping me understand a complex and difficult situation. And I appreciated how he reviewed my documents in detail prior to our meeting so that we were able to stay focused, organized and on task. His reading of the contracts and understanding of my situation were spot-on. I appreciated his opinions and direction. He is approachable and easy to understand. Anyone would be well served asking for his advice.

Very Thankful!!
The experience of working with Mr. Yearout during our lawsuit was very positive. He was always quick to communicate any updates and explain the situation so we could make the best possible decisions going forward. I appreciated his expertise and thoroughness, and was completely satisfied with the outcome of our case. Jason Yearout is very professional but extremely personable so we were completely at ease with him. My husband and I would totally recommend him to our friends and family.

Fantastic personal injury lawyer
Mr. Yearout helped me when I was in an automobile accident in 2005. The person hit me from behind so hard that my car was moved into the intersection and was totaled. He was instrumental in negotiating with the other person's insurance company to get a very reasonable settlement for the personal injury and vehicle damages. He also has continued to help me with other legal issues and I highly recommend Mr. Yearout for his dedicated care, professionalism, and thoroughness. He does a fantastic job and is an outstanding lawyer.

Jason Yearout is an extremely intelligent attorney
Jason Yearout is an amazing trial lawyer. You cannot go wrong using him regardless of the legal issue. My family has used him for many different legal problems over the past five years, including disputes over intellectual property, contract disagreements, auto accidents and property foreclosure. He has resolved each problem with better than we expected results. He is truly the most intelligent attorney we have ever used in our 35 years of business.

Wasn't very interested
He was not very interested my entire case. Felt like I was being blown off when phone calls weren't being returned, etc. My main problem would be his assistant Amy, I have never ever dealt with someone so rude who roles her eyes in a professional setting.
Response from Jason Yearout September 15, 2017
I am sorry that you had a poor experience. There are many reasons that our firm might not be interested in your claim ranging from the claim not being viable, the claim having little to no value, or it may not be the type of claim we handle. In any event, I hope that you were able to find the help you wanted. Amy is no longer with our firm.

"I worked at Jason's firm for a number of years so I can speak from personal experience with him that he is a top notch attorney. I've had my own firm for almost 8 years now and I still refer cases to Jason and co counsel with Jason on cases. There are only two reasons I do that. First, his skill is unquestioned. He earned that skill through hard work taking depositions, trying cases, etc. Second, his honesty and ethics. I never have to worry about if he is treating a client I refer to him in the right way -- I know he is always going to act in that client's best interest. I highly recommend Jason in any area of the law he practices in as I know you will be pleased with the experience."
