When people are injured, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. That is why Bricker and I formed the Athens Injury Law Group. My great passion is to seek justice for people who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligence of another. I navigate the complex and stressful legal system for my clients to ensure that their rights are protected and they are fully compensated for the harms and losses inflicted upon them.

My educational background includes a JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and a BS in business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Between undergraduate and law school, I served as an officer in the Navy.

My wife, Jacqueline, and I are active in the Athens community. I serve on the board of directors of the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia and Rising Tides Lift All, and am a member of the Athens Citizens Climate Lobby. I am a graduate of LEAD Athens, and a former board member of the Athens Little League, the Northeast Georgia Chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Clarke County Mentor Program. Jacqueline teaches language arts at Athens Academy and coaches cross-country.

I am also an outdoorsman and music lover. Away from the office, you will probably find me hiking with Jacqueline and our three children in the mountains of north Georgia, on a long run around town, or at the Georgia Theatre.
