Despite being a social media butterfly stylist, my demands for invoices and tangible action were met with nothing but dilly-dallying and, ultimately, a botched and rejected motion submission. His silence, contrasted with his relentless social media antics, sparked serious alarms. My pleas to file a motion to see the child ASAP fell on deaf ears. By December 13, 2023, in sheer desperation, I took matters into my own hands and drafted a motion. Raikhelson’s follow-up actions? A spectacle of unprofessionalism and an appalling disregard for my child's welfare. His cheek to ask for another $4000, coupled with the bombshell about his wife's ties to my child's mother, smacked of a gross conflict of interest – a fact he had blatantly lied about earlier. I now see Raikhelson's conduct as not just unprofessional, but reeking of potential fraudulence. His failure to reveal his connection to the opposition, along with his pathetic lack of commitment and transparency, is nothing short of scandalous. I'm pursuing sanctions against this charlatan, demanding a refund, and pushing for administrative repercussions. This ordeal has been a financial and emotional bloodbath involving the most crucial aspect of my life: my child's well-being.
