I found Adam thru a referral and felt very comfortable by the end of our consultation to not look any further. My arrest happened in 2008. I tried to get it sealed on my own but I never completed the process. I never wanted to talk about my arrest. For years, I pretended like it never happened. After experiencing the worst representation against my very first arrest I was devastated and determined to find a new attorney in Broward county that could help. For my first and only arrest I was charged with a felony, misdemeanor and criminal mischiefs counts. A complete mistake. The first attorne...y I hired did a petty job of dropping charges and I had no one to help guide me. When I consulted with Adam, he brought to light many things that were indeed missed on my first attorneys fight to show my innocence. In fact, Documents I was never provided. many would say it's my fault but i had no one to go to and no one with experience to help guide me through my options. I wish I would have hired him as I would have never had probation or any such charges. I am sure of that. Either way, I hired Adam to complete an order to seal my record. The state took about 5-6 months to provide my certificate which was the longest part. The next part was filling the order to send to the Broward county judge. My case was sealed in November. I did come across another issue which also says a lot about Adam and the care he puts into his clients. The felony charge that was dropped to misedeamanor was still on the Broward clerk of courts even though the misdemeanor was sealed. I called and got incorrect information. After Adam approached them various times and gave them 3 weeks, I was devasted and he ofcourse frustrated with the clerks. Finally he did get the clerks to seal even the felony charges. The most meaningful part was that Adam didn't quit, he always answered all my messages even when he was out of town or in court. It would have been easy for him to quit and walk away being that he did his part and filed the paperwork but he helped by visiting the clerks personally to get the matter taken care of. I am truly appreciative and am very happy with his assistance. Don't make the same mistake as I did and hire Adam! At least with him, you are definitely not just another case! Thank you Adam!!!

Mr. Rossen was recommended by a third party. During my initial visit,(consultation), Mr Rossen spoke to my parents and myself, to get a feeling of the family dynamics and to hear my detailed accounts of the events that caused my arrest. He discussed every scenario of the case from the arrest until t...he final judgement from the courts. He discussed the pros and cons of the case and made no promises of the outcome, only that he was going to pursue the case with all intentions of getting the best outcome possible for me. He spoke to all potential witnesses and gathered all pertinent information related to my case. He presented very well to the courts and prepared me to do the same. Given the circumstances of the case, I am very grateful of the final judgement, that resulted in probation and fines, instead of jail time which the prosecution was recommending.
