Professional, Efficient and Thorough

I had to close a business and negotiate out of my lease. Darcel helped every step of the way, even with some unforeseeable happenstances that arose from the landlord side. She was always available and quick to respond to questions. She was able to adapt and change strategy when the situation changed. She was knowledgeable throughout the process which created a lot of confidence and comfort. I couldn't have been more satisfied with an attorney in this role.

Darcel is Absolutely the BEST!

I hired Darcel Lobo to represent me in a case which, frankly, I didn't think I had a chance of winning. When I first met her, I'd been fighting a battle over it for 3 years and was at the end of my emotional rope. Darcel took a look at my files, the wheels turned a bit in her head, and she came up with an angle that I had never heard of. The person who was trying to sue me had never heard of it either. It took a bit of wranging over a couple of months but the end result was the threat of suit was dropped and I walked away from the case without paying a dime. Darcel was not only on her toes with her legal knowledge, she's a very calm person who helped me calm down as well. I can't thank her enough or recommend her enough to others looking for legal assistance.

Order for Dismissal

Darcel was excellent to work with! The first time I met with her was for less than 30 min. She understood what I was facing and told me what to expect. Bankruptcy

Darcel was wonderful. I walked in her door nervous and unsure of the process. She made me feel at ease immediately. I was not certain that I would be able to qualify for the bankruptcy, but she was able to pull out all of the details that I had not even though about. It was a success. I actually referred her to a friend of mine today.

Excellent

After years of trying to correct my credit, my long time boyfriend proposed. I didn't want my past mistakes to hurt his credit. I decided it was time to consult with a lawyer and review my options. After discussing my situation with Darcel, I decided that bankruptcy was my best option moving forward. Darcel worked with me quickly to assure that my case would be discharged before my August wedding. We filed in April and Darcel and her staff were careful to make sure nothing was missed and all bases were covered. In May she attended my hearing along with me. I was terrified for this part, but Darcel assured me that everything would go smoothly, and it did. My case was discharged the second week of July and I was married on August 1st. My credit score has already improved and I am confident that I made the right decision for mine and my family's future. I couldn't have done any of this without Darcel and her team.

AN ANGEL WITH A LAW DEGREE!!!

My husband and I went to see Darcel regarding a creditor suing us. Their attorney lied saying that we were served court papers. It was a surprise to me that I was getting garnished. I was so embarrassed. Darcel listened to our ordeal and gave us options. She helped us go through bankruptcy, again embarrassed. She made us feel so much better. She is very professional and yet so friendly, not like others I have had in the past. I would highly recommend her! If we ever need an attorney again we definitely would go back to her!!!

Outstanding Attorney!

Excellent Attorney! After being brushed off by a few different attorneys, I thought I had no chance to fight a lawsuit brought against me. Darcel took the time to carefully review the lawsuit and presented me with a plan of action. I had a home in foreclosure and was in debt. She explained to me a few different options and the result changed my life. Even though she made no promises, everything she said that would happen, did. I was no easy ride thou. She kept great communication though out my case. She had a very positive attitude and was very lucky to have found her. When I hired her I was fresh out of a divorce and had a home in foreclosure. One year later, though a bankruptcy and was able to claim my house as an exemption in my chapter 7. All because Darcel discovered an error in my mortgage that allowed this to happen. Her hard hard and attention to detail changed my life. I will be forever thankful for having met her.

Great attorney

Couldn't have found anyone better!

If there was a 10 star review I would have left it. Darcel is on top of things, we used her for 2 quit claim deeds and 2 conveyances, she had forms ready next day and with an on site notary it made for an easy process. I would most definately recommend Darcel to family and friends, she is easy to talk to and very well spoken. Emails are returned within minutes and her office is absolutely beautiful.

An excellent attorney and an even better person

Darcel handled my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and exceeded every single expectation I had. Good attorneys are not all that hard to find, but an excellent attorney who will keep you informed every step of the way, will always respond thoughtfully to your questions and concerns, and will treat you like a person instead of a 15-minute billable increment -- that's a keeper. While I hope I never again find myself in a situation where I need an attorney to help me with debt relief, if I do I know who to call. Single Mom - Chapt. 7 Bankruptcy

I was barley paying my bills each month and I was getting frustrated and tired. Darcel was referred to me by a friend who was very satisfied with the help she got getting a credit card bill reduced by alot of money.
