BEST LAWYER

My H1B visa was revoked under 22 CFR § 41.122(h)(3) when I tried to enter the U.S.. In addition I was expedited removed and barred from entering the U.S. for 5 years and given 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and 212(a)(6)(C)(i). I was totally lost. Luckily Peter was willing to take my case and resolved all issue...s so I was able to enter the U.S. with my H1B working for the same employer. What a relief! HE'S TRULY THE BEST!

Best Attorney

Mr. Messersmith helped me overcome 212a3A refusal. The refusal was very shocking because I do not have criminal record and I have been a researcher my whole life. I had a postdoc position at a prestigious US University and I was applying for an O1 visa that was refused. I tried to get help from a S...enator but they were useless. So I contacted as many lawyers as I could find but the only one that offered me any hope was Mr. Messersmith. He told me that he had fixed this kind of problem before for other innocent people like me. He said it normally takes him 3-6 months to fix everything and he was right! He fixed everything and I now have my O1 visa. I'm extremely happy and grateful. Mr. Messersmith is simply the BEST!!!

Successful application

Outstanding and Prompt Legal Support

I lived outside the US where i work and just got admitted into the US with my family on an EB2 visa. All thanks to the great work of Peter Messersmith. I contacted Peter after some other lawyers made me believe i need to have published papers and obtained several citations before i can be qualified t...o apply. I work in the oil and gas industry and held some managerial positions which i shared in my CV with Peter. After reviewing my CV, he replied that my profile is good for an EB1/EB2 Visa application. We started the processes and Peter was super outstanding in guiding me through the process. When i received an RFE and spoke to Peter, he was so calm and told me to relax that we will get it approved. The RFE response was soon submitted and the approval received after few weeks. He supported me through the USCIS and NVC process making it look so easy and stress free. His professionalism, intelligence and trustworthiness is top notch.
