After reading all of the great reviews on Avvo and google, I finally found the right attorney Peter Messersmith. He's truly the best! During my H1B transfer process, USCIS found me inadmissible under INA 212(a)(6)(c)(i) misrepresentation. For those who are affected by this section of law must know... how serious this is. The INA 212(a)(6)(c)(i) carries a life time bar which prevents you from getting any immigration benefits. After being recommended by some close friends, I appointed Mr. Peter Messersmith as our immigration lawyer to file our green card application. He filed our green card petition on both EB1A and EB2 category in 2015. He suggested me not to go for premium processing but to file as a concurrent applic...ation for EB1A category. Processing of our case got delayed in USCIS for some unknown reason and it took almost 1.5 years to get the green card in hand. Filling concurrent application did not save any time rather we had to do medical exams twice as it was more than a year old. Finally Peter got our cases approved in both categories which we made us very very happy with the outcome. We definitely recommend Messersmith Law firm for green card application. I think Messersmith Law firm handles the cases very professionally. During this entire time, I spoke with Peter only once over phone, rest of the communications was by email. He is very good at answering emails. I also appreciate the helps from Peter's assistant, Jen Ren during the entire time. The only thing I found as cons is - Peter is very expensive compared to the other highly-rated immigration Lawyers. He charges for EAD/AP applications separately which goes with I-485 application and charges for answering any RFEs you receive from USCIS. But at the end of the day, I can't complain because Peter and his law firm gave us the best outcome which we payed for.
