Love this lawyer and law firm.  Mr. Peter Messersmith is undoubtedly the best.  I visited my family and tried to enter with an H1B but was denied citing INA 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and got expedited removal and barred from enterring the US for 5 years.  According to CBP, the 212(a)(6)(c)(i) misrepresenta...tion was associated with my H1B.
