My husband and I enlisted the help of Peter Messersmith sometime in the Fall of 2015. Mr Messersmith reviewed my husband's resume and felt strongly that he was eligible for the NIW. Although some lawyers had informed us the NIW no longer existed or that we were not eligible, Mr. Messersmith reassured... us that he had clients that had received green cards around the period.
