Peter Messersmith

I lived outside the US where i work and just got admitted into the US with my family on an EB2 visa. All thanks to the great work of Peter Messersmith. I contacted Peter after some other lawyers made me believe i need to have published papers and obtained several citations before i can be qualified t...o apply. I work in the oil and gas industry and held some managerial positions which i shared in my CV with Peter. After reviewing my CV, he replied that my profile is good for an EB1/EB2 Visa application. We started the processes and Peter was super outstanding in guiding me through the process. Peter is truly the best and most marvelous lawyer ever. I was expeditiously removed by CBP and barred from entering for 5 years when I tried to enter with a B2 visa. CBP confiscated and interrogated me for hours. I was advised to obtain a new visa at the Embassy. My visa was refused and they gave me ...section 212 (a)(9)(A), 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and 212 (a)(2)(C)(i). BEST LAWYER EVER!!! My cousin was a researcher but switched to finance. Peter got his colleagues' EB1 and NIW green cards approved. He retained Peter to handle his EB1 and NIW green card which got approved quickly so he had so many great things to say about Peter. I was found permanently inadmissible... due to INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) because I was on F1 OPT with AZ Tech. CBP removed me and barred me from entering the U.S. for a period of 5 years and gave me INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I).
