Excellent Immigration Attorney- Highly Recommended

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional legal representation and support you provided during the challenging process of resolving the issue with my H-4 visa application. When my visa application was refused under section 212(a)(6)(C)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality A...ct (INA) at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi on March 17, 2023, I was devastated and unsure about my future plans to join my spouse in the United States. The burden of dealing with the original finding made by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seemed insurmountable. However, from the very first meeting with you, I knew I was in capable hands. Your vast knowledge of immigration law, attention to detail, and commitment to helping your clients were evident throughout the entire process. You patiently explained the intricacies of my case and provided me with a clear roadmap to address the issue. Your unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in reviewing our records and working diligently to have the original finding made by DHS removed were truly commendable. Your strategic approach and tenacity in dealing with complex legal matters were instrumental in achieving a favorable outcome for me. I am elated to share that, thanks to your expertise and perseverance, my H-4 visa was finally issued on July 6, 2023. This life-changing result would not have been possible without your invaluable guidance and unwavering support. I am truly grateful for your professionalism, reliability, and genuine concern for my case. Your reassuring demeanor and prompt responses to my questions alleviated much of the stress associated with the process. Once again, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to you and your entire legal team for the exceptional services provided. Your dedication and expertise have made a profound impact on my life, and I will be forever grateful for your assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone seeking immigration legal assistance. You are an outstanding attorney, and I am lucky to have had you by my side during this critical time. Thank you, Peter Messersmith, for making the seemingly impossible, possible.

BEST LAWYER EVER!!!

BEST LAWYER EVER!!! My cousin was a researcher but switched to finance. Peter got his colleagues' EB1 and NIW green cards approved. He retained Peter to handle his EB1 and NIW green card which got approved quickly so he had so many great things to say about Peter. I was found permanently inadmissible... due to INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) because I was on F1 OPT with AZ Tech. CBP removed me and barred me from entering the U.S. for a period of 5 years and gave me INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I). I did a google search and found Peter is also an expert in solving INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) issues. I told my cousin that I found Peter to be an expert in resolving these types of issues. He encouraged me to ask Peter to handle my case. Of course I want to. I also wanted to talk to Peter and see what he thinks about my situation. I scheduled a phone consultation and paid a fee. He's really great! So nice and honest! He explained everything very clearly and told me about my options. He didn't guarantee or promise anything. I asked for an agreement. After the call, his assistant Jen sent me the agreement. I signed up right away. He sent me bunch of documents and an online portal for me to upload my documents. I followed his instructions on how to gather everything and he also helped me review and revise all of my documents. Whenever I email him, he replies to my questions right to the point which I really like. He never ignored me. My case is so complicated but Peter expertly handled it and won my case. Peter had both INA 212(a)(6)(c)(i) bar and 5 year removal bar completely removed from my record. Really amazing! Can't believe it! My husband is a US citizen so I retained him to help me with my immigrant visa and green card process through my husband after he won both of my cases for me. He got everything approved for me. I'm in the U.S. now with a green card. To this day, I still can't believe it. I can tell that he put in so much effort to win my cases. The legal services he provides are extraordinary. Words aren't enough to express how much I appreciate. I feel really fortunate that I went through him. Otherwise I won't be where I am today with my husband and have the opportunities to pursue my dreams. Peter made all theses possible. He's truly the BEST!!! I highly and strongly recommend Peter!!!

Best Lawyer for EB1A

Peter, is the best immigration lawyer I have known. 3 years back when I was looking to file for my EB1A immigrant visa I came across Peter's profile based on the reviews I read. I hired him, he and Jen were very helpful throughout the process. They were always reachable by call/emails . All queries ...were resolved. He was very particular about recommendation letters. Finally, my case was filed and my I-140 approved. I completed my consulate interview and got my immigrant visa stamped. Peter and Jen guided me throughout the process. I landed in the US and got my physical card within 120 days. kudos to Peter and Jen for helping me out with my immigration. Yes, I would definitely recommend Peter. He does charge a bit on the higher side. But, rest assured your case would be handled by the best lawyer.

Mr

A friend referred me to “Messersmithlaw firm” when I wanted to apply for Green Card (GC) for myself and entire family. Peter and his team exhibited a professionalism of rear kind throughout my dealings with them. Their advice and work ethics throughout the GC process was exceptional that I will perso...nally recommend Peter Messersmith and his team any time for immigration related case/ issues. They didn’t jump into trying to get me committed for the GC process like most law firm, but first reviewed the requirement and my qualification for the category of GC I wanted to apply and advised accordingly prior to engaging me proper for the GC process. The whole GC process went smoothly without issues that it took only about 5 months from the date of application to approval of the GC.

Expert - Honest - The BEST!!!

Four years ago, my wife and I solicited The Messersmith Law Firm services, desperate to find not only assistance in our case, but mainly an honest legal counsel who would at least truly give some consideration to the situation we were experiencing. My wife was a J1 recipient which subjected her to t...he infamous non negotiable two year restriction rule. In other words, upon completion of her program she was due to immediately return to her home country for a period of two years before being able to apply for residency in the US. As one can imagine, that clause brought a tremendous amount of uncertainty, anxiety, fear of not knowing what to expect. We then looked for preliminary counsel only to be told very quickly, abruptly that the case was not worth to represent, that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to be granted the needed waiver that would allow my wife and I to remain together without having to leave, shatter our life as we knew it. According to them, she had 180 days to depart from the United States and were strongly advised to start making arrangements. One can only understand the devastation and heartbreak felt. One avid internet search pointed at the Messersmith Law Firm's information. Jen Ren, the firm's paralegal responded promptly and by the tone of the first correspondence, there was an inexplicable feel of "calm", as if things were going to be just fine. Very shortly after, we scheduled our fin person appointment with Peter Messersmith in his office; a fine professional individual, personable, expert in his field with an extensive track record handling similar cases. He never promised anything unrealistic, to the contrary he was clear, always precise so we would not build false expectations. The journey was NOT impossible, but there was of course a possibility that in the end, despite all the financial and time investment, the case could still be denied and fail. It was far more promising to us than the previous pessimism and refusal we had experienced. It is THAT honesty, THAT willingness to not only take the case but to truly represent us and fight for it no matter what the outcome would be that made us retain his services on the spot and entrust him with our "fate". The very journey was going to be filled with anxiety, unknown, long wait, status checks, etc. Every step of the process was accounted for, handled promptly without any delay. Jen was an absolute life saviour in those multiple instances reassuring us that in the end all will be well and that there was absolutely no reason to worry, being Peter's extended eyes. It felt amazingly great each time we would check in via phone, even if it was to say hello as we were waiting. Peter is not the average immigration lawyer, working by the book, and on the ticking clock. He is an informed professional, genuinely knows the intricacy of the system, states facts and does his research. His rates are absolutely reasonable, no hidden fees, no surprises and at no point the focal attention. Everything is precisely laid out ahead to fully understand what is expected. Peter and Jen, through their stellar expertise, allowed my wife to remain in the country legally, to maintain her career, and after thousands of case status checks, refreshes, on a daily basis, we got the decisive news. The best gift one could wish for. The waiver was granted by both agencies and consequently the Green Card issued. We would never be able to thank them both enough for everything. Thank you sincerely Peter and Jen for everything you have done to make this happen, and above all, thank you for your friendship. To those of you who are in need of legal counsel and feel lost or desperate, I simply say "The Messersmith Law Firm". A true and honest firm, subject expert in the field of immigration law, period!!!! We would dare to say the IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE!!! Good luck to all dealing with immigration related issues. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
