Despite the fact that I was still in the last months of my PhD and I had only 5 publications at that time, Peter was very confident that I had a very strong case and he was absolutely right. The I140 was approved in about 9 months after submission and we received our green cards 3 months later. This process went extremely smooth and painless for us and we are really grateful. The only downside in our experience was the total price which was high. Since we wanted to keep working, we both had to apply for the EAD card, which require signing a separate contract with its own fees. People should keep in mind that those prices do add up and it can make a significant difference if you don’t budget for it in advance. Besides that, we had a great experience with this law firm.
