I have an Ph.D in mechanical engineering and returned back to China to see my parents. I went in for an H1B visa interview but my H1B was refused because of section 212(a)(3)(A)(i). BEST LAWYER EVER!!! My cousin was a researcher but switched to finance. Peter got his colleagues' EB1 and NIW green cards approved. He retained Peter to handle his EB1 and NIW green card which got approved quickly so he had so many great things to say about Peter. I was found permanently inadmissible... due to INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) because I was on F1 OPT with AZ Tech.
