Not exactly what I was hoping for
Consulted with Ms. McDaniel-asked if I could bring my husband since my case involved him. Got some odd vibes from her regarding that, and after she reviewed my case, and asked us some questions and looked at records, she informed me that the only way she would be able to take my case was if I paid $1...
In cases where a parent or step-parent has an extensive criminal history of sexual crimes against children, it is often impossible and always extremely time-consuming (and expensive) to rehabilitate such an individual's reputation. In cases where an individual feels they have been wrongly accused and convicted of sex crimes against children that they did not commit, it is equally complex, time-intensive, and expensive. In cases where there is more than one 'wrongful' accusation or conviction it is virtually impossible. Mary McDaniel
