Stay away

Uses tactics that are distasteful and disrespectful. He knowingly lies in court yet pretends to be the good guy.

The first issue in this review is the fact it is posted by "Anonymous". Clearly not a person who believes enough in what they say to also leave their name. It is easy to hide behind a mask. Now on to the "rest of the story" ala Paul Harvey. I have represented this individual on a number of occasions and they sung my praises. In this case, I had a pre-trial diversion (PTI) offer in place, we just had to get the date set to enter the program. Everything was rainbows and unicorns until the client "catches a new charge". They decided they were hearing the voices of their ex and decided to shoot up their vehicle and the next door neighbors house. Needless to say the PTI offer was gone like the wind. They wanted me to represent them on the new case as well, but I refused. I had had enough. So, I finally got a probation offer from the State Attorney on the first case that would ensure the client could keep their professional license and they entered a plea. The main issue with the client was that I could not get them plead soon enough, that I went on a vacation that had been planned for a year with all of the non-refundables you would associate with it while they were in jail, and that they spent 56 days in jail on a case where they contend they were completely innocent. They sucker punched/cold cocked a female in a bar. On video. The second case is still ongoing but without me. Now, you know the rest of the story.

The best in town!

Jack takes his time to review his cases. Those who are unhappy with his representation are those who expect everything to be handed to them. He won't hold your hand throughout the court process, but rest assured, he's got you covered. He takes his job very seriously and has incredible outcomes.

Garbage

Sends out spam Mail desperate for clients. His tone was that of some uneducated southern from Alabama but turns out he was some wanna be cop in the military. Very rude and inconsiderate. Don’t use this hack.

Jack Wilkins

I hired Jack to represent me on a probation violation which was on a failure to register as a sex offender I was looking at 5 years prison I wasn't worried because I know Jack is the best in the Panhandle he beat the case no probation but I didn't go to prison, I have also hired Jack to repre...sent me on a DUI case the cops took my driver's license when they arrested me jack beat the case and I didn't have to apply for a hardship license when it's all said and done I was riding around with my regular driver's license, both case was okaloosa County , I would call Jack Wilkins the modern-day Ben Matlock lawyer .

Jack is awesome

Jack was my court appointed attorney for some federal charges that I recently had to deal with. He was really good about coming to see me in jail and keeping me informed about what was going on with my case. I followed his advice and ended up doing 4 months in jail and probation instead of the 13 y...ears in prison the prosecution was trying to give me. He is very blunt and honest, but is good at playing with the cards he is dealt.
