Regina Fillingim, Esq. is the sole shareholder of Fillingim Law Firm, P.A., a firm that deals exclusively in Criminal Defense and Family Law issues. Although a native to the Pensacola area, she has also lived in other parts of the country to include Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, so it is only natural that her legal career has been focused in the same area. During law school she participated in an externship as a law clerk for the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Her first job as an attorney was working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida prosecuting misdemeanor cases. In 2009, she moved back to her hometown of Pensacola, and worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit in Pensacola, Florida, prosecuting felony cases. In the years she was not prosecuting cases, she was defending clients charged with an array of crimes to include: simple battery, domestic violence, DUI, theft, burglary, drug possession, trafficking, sex crimes, DUI manslaughter and murder. During the course of her career, Regina has had the privilege of working alongside two of the most skilled and aggressive criminal defense attorneys in the Central and Panhandle areas of Florida, who taught her not only how to practice law, but how to win cases. As to Family Law matters, her primary, most honored objective is to provide exceptional, affordable legal counsel and representation needed to protect your rights, finances, and future. Regina N. Fillingim, Esq. has years of experience with a comprehensive range of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, time sharing, child support, spousal support, property distribution, domestic violence, post-divorce modification, and more. All family law cases are handled with integrity, professionalism, and assertiveness, protecting the rights of clients and their families. Her goal is to defend the best interest of the family, safeguard the well-being of the children, and ensure fair and just results. Along with her managing a law firm, Regina is actively involved with her three children and the newest addition to the family, a granddaughter named Ireland. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. My go to attorney.
Miss Fillingim has represented me in a number court proceedings, ranging from criminal, child custody, as well as DVI proceedings. She is a top notch, nationally recognized attorney that genuinely cares about her clients. I could not recommend her more. Thank you for everything.

Understaffed and lacks consistent client-attorney communication

The Best Ever!!!
She is so REAL!!! Caring, Educated, & a Bulldog!!! She is blunt and the best!! Were blessed just to have someone fighting for our family like its her own family. We appreciate her and have no regrets.
"I endorse Ms. Fillingim not only for family law matters, but also for criminal defense. Regina is a smart and aggressive lawyer with whom I worked for about two years. I also saw her on the other side when she was a State Attorney and I've always found her to deal fairly and expertly on all of her cases which is why I asked her to come work at my office."
