Ms. McDaniel was the absolute best for my divorce case and child custody agreement. Not only was she able to get what I wanted in the divorce and custody, she exceeded my expectations by far. She is confident and knowledgable in what she does and I feel bad for any lawyer up against her! She understo...od that money was tight for me, and created a payment plan based on that. She is a true attorney that cares about your needs as a human being.I am proud to tell people she was my lawyer and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working attorney…give her a call!

Consulted with Ms. McDaniel-asked if I could bring my husband since my case involved him. Got some odd vibes from her regarding that, and after she reviewed my case, and asked us some questions and looked at records, she informed me that the only way she would be able to take my case was if I paid $1...0,000. Incredible. After my husband informed her there was no way we could pay that; she said she couldn't "rehabilitate" us, asked/excused him from the room, and then proceeded to tell me that my problem was him! While she did give some *very* good advice, (and some hard truths...ouch) the manner/demeanor that she put off did not give me the warm fuzzies. Perhaps if money was no object for me, I would jump at the chance to hire her. I wanted the consult with her simply based on all her positive reviews on Avvo, and her endorsements, AND her profile on the Florida Bar's website; so based off all that-I can see that she's a good lawyer; but I don't think she's going to be a good fit for me. So, my search continues.

Mrs. McDaniels is AMAZING! I couldn't afford an attorney and my kid's dad could. He hired one and I couldn't at first so I didn't know how to respond to all the other lawyers paperwork and eventually I got held in contempt!! So THEN I had to come up with some money to get an attorney because my ex ...got the kids half time which he only wanted to pay lower child support. The kids had lived with me full time their hole lives so this really was traumatic-different schools, doctors, mean step mom, you name it. Once the judge gave him the kids, I had NO CHOICE and had to get an attorney. THANK GOD I found Mrs McDaniels because she got my kids back (TWICE!) first time by getting the Judge's ruling overturned! My ex didn't stop there even after she got my kids back, Later he filed emergency return orders and each time Mrs. McDaniels PROVED with tons of exhibits and evidence at trial that his claims were not true. FINALLY, my ex gave up completely thanks to Mrs McDaniels. I now have all my kids full time and the Department of Revenue is getting me more child support!! It was really a miracle-2 miracles. And she was always there for me by phone and helped me in lots of ways and she got me support I didn't know I was entiteld to. She worked very very hard on my case and I think any body else would have charged much more. Mrs McDaniels was fair with charging me and gave me discounts and time to pay because I am a single mother without much money. THANK YOU MRS MCDANIELS!!!!
