A few years ago, I went for a consultation for a divorce. She led me to believe that there would be no problems with her taking my case and pursuing this divorce. She even had me spend an additional $300 for another (unnecessary) consultation, totaling $600 just in consultation fees. After no communication for a while, I contacted the office, and her paralegal informed me that she would NOT be taking my case after all. They would not answer any of my questions or allow me to speak to Meador. I was only told that difficulties would arise because the ex was in another state. However, afterwards, I hired an EXCELLENT attorney who informed me that there would be NO difficulties and that it sounded as if this attorney just decided not to proceed. (But she had no problems taking her exorbitant fees from me.)

My husband and I agreed to not go after each other but to look for win-win solutions instead.
She gave me great advice as to my options. so, I was able to educate my husband and inform him as to why a win-win resolution was to his benefit. Or, would he rather take me on because I was prepared.
I will use Her services when needed.

We have a blended family and we really wanted our children to have some consistency in the school they all attended. We had seen Ann a few times to get her advice on how to proceed without having to take legal action. Her goal wasn’t to spend our money and take us to court if it was not necessary. After our best efforts we were served with paperwork and going to court was imminent. We only had two days to prepare before we had to see the judge. Her team communicated what we needed to bring and have ready before we arrived to discuss our plan of action. During this meeting Ann did something that truly impressed me, she used our kids names when referring to them (Made us feel like we had a friend and we weren’t just another case). The day of court (a truly dreadful day) when we arrived Ann was already there asking us if we had any questions or concerns about the plan we had made. Her professionalism was astounding, you could tell the judge respected her and listened while she spoke. Our preparation was apparent and paid off completely!!!!! When we left the court room, my husband said (and I Quote) “I could Kiss you right now”. She truly took and tough experience for us and turned it into a triumphant day! All of our beautiful children started school this week and are loving that they get to see their brothers and sisters every day.
We honestly believe if we would have had a different attorney the end result would have turned out differently!!!

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. Ann is a professional at every level. While I know that she will represent her clients zealously, I always look forward to working with her because of her honest, direct approach to the practice of family law. She is someone that I would trust to handle personal affairs for my own family.
