An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Gregory's comment: “This discipline was not related to the practice of law, but was due to a billing error that occurred by a paralegal in our firm, over (15 years ago). The paralegal in question was dismissed immediately. This is the lowest form of reprimand an attorney can receive. There is a saying in the legal profession,"It is not will you receive a bar complaint, it is when will you receive the complaint." Mr. Farrar has received numerous accomplishments and awards during his practice of law.”
