About Nicole
Biography
Nicole attended LSU for her bachelor’s degree graduating in three and one half years. She remained at LSU to earn her law degree. Her law career began at the Office of the Public Defender in Pensacola in October of 1999. She had 13 jury trials in 2 years, winning all but 4. Nicole branched out to open Ferry & Ferry, P.A. in May, 2002, specializing in family and criminal law. She has had 35 criminal jury trials to verdict, hundreds of Judge trials and more cases that have settled. Nicole always says that criminal defense and family law go hand in hand. In many cases, if there's domestic violence one partner is arrested and divorce proceedings begin. Or even once a divorce begins, there is domestic violence and either one party is arrested or a restraining order is filed. Our firm can handle both. Nicole. She has been involved in many community organizations such as the Junior League of Pensacola, PTA of NB Cook Elementary, Impact 100, and Pensacola Yacht Club.
