Highly recommend Mary McDaniel for any divorce or family law case

As a client of Mary McDaniel, I would highly recommend her (and have) to anyone in need of a family law attorney. I work with attorneys in a business capacity on an almost daily basis- I can share from my experience that she is a credit to the legal profession, while also being truly compassionate to her clients who are going through the stress and process of divorce. She is dedicated, always accessible, and is a true advocate. Her office staff is highly professional and competent. Her fees all in are more than reasonable when compared with other attorneys. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Mary McDaniel's legal experience includes the representation of both juveniles and adults as a Public Defender in Florida's 1st Judicial District and internships with the Federal Public Defender, Middle District, Louisiana, Juvenile Public Defender's Office, 19th Judicial District Court, Louisiana, and the Environmental Protection Agency 's Criminal Investigations Division, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

She has worked in several different capacities in family law and as a public defender in Louisiana and in Pensacola, Florida, fighting for the rights of both juveniles and adults, and has worked passionately for the fair treatment and protection of children in divorce and custody cases.

I believe that I went through the worst divorce on earth, and I thank god that I met Ms McDaniel. She is tough; she fights for what's right and fair. Sadly, I was married to a narcissist and a monster, who manipulated me throughout our marriage, while I struggled with Stage 4 cancer. Ms McDaniel worked hard to find a way to ensure my divorce was as easy as possible, in order to ensure it will not interrupt any of my Doctor Appointments and Chemotherapy sessions. The team at MGM Law are very respectful, kind, and hard working. My Ex husband tries to hide some funds, lied under oath and showed no respect to everyone, including his own lawyer. Ms McDaniel and her team was able to help me get a fair trail.

Pensacola Shark

Divorce is a very hard process to go through, and even though it is not over yet, I already know that I could not pick a better lawyer. The first minute I walked in the office, terrified and not knowing what to do, Mary listened me and knew right away what is the best for me and especially for my boys. Mary is very knowledgeable, she works very hard and she fights even harder. I highly recommend MGM Law to everybody who seeks a great family law attorney!! ONE YEAR LATER: Today I had my final hearing. It was a very long and stressful day but again, Mary is The Shark!!! If they came at me strong and tried to put me down, Mary went back at them even stronger. I am so incredibly happy that Mary went with me through this difficult time because not only it is over but the most important thing is, she has managed to achieve a request, she has never experienced before to be ordered, and thanks to that my boys will be safe! Mary is the type of the attorney who will always be here for you, will fight for you very hard and not once you will feel like you are just some client. AMAZING Lawyer!

Family legal issue.

Mary and her staff were great to work with.I was very impressed with everyone’s attention to details. Myself, being self employed for over 35 years was impressed and really appreciated the “CUSTOMER SERVICE” given to me. Especially, it being a Law Firm. All phone calls were promptly returned. It was very important for me to fully understand the fees and billing cycle. Very detailed and easy to understand, and most important…. NO SURPRISES !!!!! Exceptional representation in NW Florida!

Mary McDaniel and co. did what others could not. Mary was the third lawyer retained and the only lawyer to get us through the dissolution of marriage. Mary's kind, clear and compassionate demeaner throughout the entire process was confidence inspiring and cut through those emotionally charged and frustrating moments when productive collaboration between parties was not an option. Prompt, professional & will fight for you

I hired Mary for a child custody case that was not typical in my mind and above my level of knowledge. Mary and her staff were prompt, professional, and explained things to me thoroughly throughout the case leading up to trial. Mary is kind and compassionate, but she also fought hard for me and it showed throughout my case. She thoroughly researched my case and background cases, and it showed on trial day. Stop looking, you found the best, hire her now!

Unfortunately this wasn’t my first time having to retain a family law lawyer, and let me tell you, this by far was the best overall experience I had! Hiring Mary was the best decision I made, not only her but her assistant Taylor. They made me feel like as if my certain situation was personally happening to them. They kept me updated on EVERYTHING, walked me through every process, explained everything in detail so I could understand, and everything ran as smooth as it possibly could. With the current COVID pandemic and having to do it on videoconference she still killed it! She was very prepared and did her research and completely dominated and lead the whole time! Best attorney by far!

Mary and her staff have been absolutely amazing through one of the roughest times of my life. Going through a custody case is terrifying and very stressful and Mary helped make it so much easier. She was compassionate and understands how you actually feel when going through things like this. She honestly gave me hope and made me feel like things were going to be okay. Mary is very driven, incredibly educated, and very understanding. If you need an attorney to fight your case she is the one you should go with. A knowledgeable and passionate Attorney

After my divorce was finalized, I selected Attorney McDaniel to handle everything from an unexpected update to a parenting plan to the intricate details of requesting to relocate. Painless and compassionate

While this was perhaps the worst situation I could imagine, the process was smooth and went very quickly. Mary listened to me as I explained what was happening and helped me to clarify what would reasonably occur. I had a lot of ungrounded fears at the beginning of this process, but with Mary's help I was able to realistically evaluate what I needed from the divorce and what I was unlikely to have to face. She made me feel valued throughout the proceedings, and took care of absolutely everything for me. Before I knew it, she had the entire divorce wrapped up and settled without any major conflicts. I could not be happier with the outcome, or with my choice of lawyer.

Knowledgable and Experienced

Mary took into consideration every detail of my divorce situation and even brought to light important things that would have been overlooked without having an very experienced attorney like her on your side. She applied specific recommendations that ultimately ensured not only my interests were respresented, but also the interests of all parties involved, especially my children - which was very important to me. This was my first and only divorce and having never navigated the process and I could not have selected a more empathetic, understanding, and experienced attorney who also brought to the table other professional and experienced members of her firm and other members within the community. I would highly recommended Mary to anyone who is having to go through the terrible process of divorce, you could not ask for a more trusted resource in your time of trouble.

Gets the issues solved!

I can't even begin to thank MGM Law. Mary and Kimberly has been amazing. My divorce was nasty, of course. We also had children involved. No assets, but he filed and refused to sign. After mediation, he signed. Mary and Kimberly answered each and every single question I had, and helped my divorce finally be DONE! I am forever grateful for this firm. Highly recommended. She blunt, but she's fierce!
