He is very receptive, understanding and responsive to your questions, issues and outcome desires. He is able to explain in the most under...standable manner all of the sometimes confusing and complex legal concepts and terminology concerning a divorce. He also clearly explains the options/potential negotiable terms and their outcomes which allows you to make the best decisions to benefit you. MR WELCH IS AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!

I highly recommend Mr Welch to help navigate through divorce, especially when it comes to handling the issues that come with divorcing a person in the military community. He was an absolute life saver during my divorce and kept me calm when I wanted to explode. Detailed, thorough attorney and great client manager

He took on a difficult interstate child custody and child support case for me in 2007. He represented me until my son graduated high school in GA in 2013. He was able to dumb down the legalese for me so that I clearly understood all aspects of what I was asking for and also pointed out potential un...intended consequences that I could not see. He speaks with clear intention and doesn't mix words to soften the information that he was about to deliver to me. I am grateful for him and Pat as they were always helpful and above all patient. I had quick, easy and personal access to his office and I almost always felt I was his only client (although that was not the case).
