Additionally I represent parties in Georgia Department of Labor unemployment compensation appeals throughout the State of Georgia. Also, I have an active practice in the field of mediation throughout the country.

Replied last March 25, 2021This is the most snarky and ungrateful comment I have ever received and clearly someone who wants to transfer anger. Again no good deed goes unpunished. I get 20-30 calls a day and personally try to return every single one. In this case I made three efforts to do so, but the caller is complaining about when I called. Further, when I told him he was out of time, and had no case, he is upset that I ended the call. In responding to 20-30 calls a day, I take 1-2 hours of my evening time, away from family and friends, and I have to end a call when there is nothing more to say. It has nothing to do with whether the caller would produce income, as I help hundreds of callers a month for NOTHING! I guide them in a 4-5 minute conversation and send them valuable information. So I can't sit and speak with someone who has no case, ad nauseum because they want to talk. Excuse me for valuing my own time. Again, this is someone who has anger problems to complain about the times I called and that I ended the call because he has no case. I guess I should have spent all sorts of time with him for conversation purposes. He obviously has no comprehension of the pressures that professionals have, and ask him the last time he was able to speak with a doctor over the phone to get advice for nothing. Oh well, there are some people who would find a problem with a $100 bill. This individual has shown why he was terminated from his job, BAD ATTITUDE and feeling entitled.
