Great representation!

Alex went to bat for us as an ordinary individual auto purchaser/owner who was experiencing over a year of recurrent/ongoing troubles. He was very easy to talk to and truly cared about our circumstance and went back to the manufacturer again and again to obtain the fairest recompense for all the aggravation and loss of usage we encountered. 2022 Sierra

I reached out to Mr Simanovsky about my new truck and the service issues I was having. GM continued to take the truck in under warranty but coil seem to fix it correctly. After 3 months GM was finally able to correct the issue but a cost of my time and frustration. Alex was able to be the middle man between all of the back and forth and was able to get me proper compensation for the time I lost in my vehicle as well as the frustration i underwent through the process. I would highly recommend his services if you are having trouble communicating with the manufacturer with ongoing issues.

Credit Repair

I want to use this opportunity to say a BIG thanks to Hacknet Credit Specialist for what he did for me and my family. I used to have a couple of inquires, negative entries, charge-off, school loans bank judgment, credit card debts all these deprive me from purchasing a home but after interacting with him right now all those are not on my credit report him got all of them out of my credit and raised my score to 798 I also got a high credit limit of $10,000. Hurt Family

Mr. Simanovsky was very professional and did exactly what he said. He did not accept the first offer from Ford and actually went to bat with them and got multiple offers. The only thing I would suggest to clients is not to get in a hurry or frustrated with waiting. Every time he gave us a time frame it DID occur within that time period. I do believe the waiting is beyond his control and at no fault of him or his office. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I would recommend them with the highest amount of stars.

Straightforward and polite

My brand new vehicle went in the shop for 4 months and the dealer would not allow us to return it. We ended up getting with Alex and he helped us get a “more than fair” settlement for our troubles.
