When I initially consulted with Miss Carter, she immediately took my case stating that I had a very strong one. Upon her request, I gave her a full and super organized file of a timeline of the events pertaining to my situation. For seven months, I never heard from her until I decided to check on th...e status of my case. She was unreachable. When she finally answered her phone, I was shocked by her response. Out of the blue, in a very unprofessional and rude way, she yelled at me “YOU HAVE A VERY STRONG ACCENT, I CAN’T UNDERSTAND YOU.” Miss Carter, being an employment lawyer, should know better. Miss Carter emailed me to let me know that she had withdrawn from my case hence making me lose 2 weeks from the deadline. I eventually lost the whole case.
