I must say that I had an unusual case that most lawyers probably would have looked at and thought that I was making it up. I had several issues from my previous employer and I needed someone to not only listen but hear what I was telling them and then for them to dive in and find out that I was tell...ing the truth. That is EXACTLY what Kes did!! He was honest from the very start until the end, professional, caring and always had my concerns first hand in his mind.
