I was surprised
First of all, he was not a good listener, second- he was rude, third- he told me he will represent me on unemployment claim appeal, than he took 2 days to respond to me via e- mail that he does not want to represent me! I was so happy to to find out that Claim examiner resolved this claim in my favor...
I am certainly surprised and disappointed to see this comment from this lady caller. I recall spending a long time on the phone with her regarding her appeal. At the end of our lengthy call she said "you sound great, I'd like to have you represent me for the hearing." When she told me the date of the hearing and I checked my schedule, I told her that I had a conflict on that date, but that I would get back to her to see if I could rearrange my schedule to handle her appeal on that date. When I couldn't rearrange my schedule I sent her an e-mail of the circumstance, but gave her four (4) other attorneys who could assist her that she could call. It is regrettable that she finds it necessary to misrepresent our lengthy conversation, in which I was absolutely not rude, to vent and transfer her frustration over being fired. Perhaps this type of attitude is what led to her being terminated. Again, no good deed goes unpunished.

Phone call
Jack Rosenberg was so great to talk to. He helped me understand how I need to handle my situation. Thank you, Jack, for listening to me and referring me to Fran.

Not worth your time
I contacted Mr. Rosenberg about representation for a whistle blower action, and he was more concerned of who was working there than he was about the issue. He never told me he would not take the case, look into it further, he just hurried me off the phone.
With all due respect to Jon, I recall that I told him that I thought he had no whistle blower case. However, in every call that I decline I ask the caller if they would like me to send them the list of attorneys that the EEOC compiles for him to get a second opinion. He declined apparently upset that I told him that he had no case. It is very difficult for someone who has been fired to be told and accept that they have no case against their former employer. However, it is not necessary to take out their frustration on the attorney who has spent their time trying to help. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

Excellent!!!!
Mr. Rosenberg represented me in a GDOL unemployment appeal hearing. I was released from my job through no fault of my own and my former company still appealed the award of unemployment compensation. Mr. Rosenberg is extremely knowledgeable in the area of Georgia Unemployment law. He left no stone ...
